Female Military Hero Design

A design for a character that I intend to be one of the main protagonists in a zombie based video game that I have been working on. I haven't named her yet as no name has really come to me. There's no urgent need to name her yet though I guess. My first design resembled a sort of GI Jane character, but I decided to go for a more realistic character that would better allow for emotive storytelling.

The full design process for the character is documented in my gallery. The three views were first drawn on paper using 2B, 4B and F grade pencils, before being edited in Photoshop and PaintTool SAI. Fireworks was used to add the gradients.
